Termsof Use
These Terms govern access to ConnectDivaMedia.com and the use of Connect Diva Media Network services, submissions, recordings, programs, resources, and future platform features.

Agreement to These Terms
Using the website means you agree to follow these rules
By accessing the website, submitting content, booking services, participating in recordings, purchasing assistance, or otherwise using Connect Diva Media Network services, you agree to these Terms of Use and all policies incorporated into them.
These incorporated policies include the Privacy Policy, Submission Policy, Editorial Policy, applicable payment or refund terms, and any project-specific agreement or release.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services or submit content.
Eligibility
You must have legal authority to use the services
You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.
If you use the services on behalf of an artist, company, label, organization, or another person, you represent that you are authorized to bind that party and submit materials on its behalf.
Additional eligibility requirements may apply to specific services offered by Connect Diva Media Network or third-party platforms.
Acceptable Use
Use the platform lawfully and professionally

✓Request recording sessions, consultations, training, or creator support
✓Participate in approved Discord recordings, interviews, and programs
✓Use Connect Diva services for lawful personal or business purposes
✓Provide accurate information and comply with applicable submission policies
Prohibited Conduct
Certain activity may result in immediate suspension
✕Submit content you do not own or have authority to provide
✕Impersonate another person, artist, business, or organization
✕Provide false membership, ownership, payment, or rights information
✕Attempt to bypass security, access restrictions, or approval processes
✕Upload malware, harmful code, deceptive links, or unsafe files
✕Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit the website without authorization
✕Harass, threaten, defraud, or unlawfully target users, guests, partners, or staff
✕Use the platform for illegal, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity
Services
Services may change as the platform grows
Connect Diva Media Network may offer podcast recording, video recording, Mixxx production support, creator education, submissions, publishing readiness, AI strategy, creator consulting, partnerships, promotional opportunities, and related media services.
Features, prices, schedules, eligibility rules, availability, instructors, partners, technology, and deliverables may change. Connect Diva may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary.
Descriptions of future dashboards, cloud storage, Creator Passport features, recording integrations, accounts, or automation are development plans and are not promises of a particular launch date.

Outside Radio Destinations
Outside radio destinations maintain their own public information, requirements, and programming decisions separate from Connect Diva Media Network.
Payments and Fees
Payment purchases the stated service—not a guaranteed outcome
Prices, payment methods, due dates, deliverables, cancellation rules, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase or booking.
Fees may cover consultation time, submission assistance, administrative preparation, educational resources, recording support, production work, promotion, or another clearly identified service.
Payment does not guarantee podcast placement, radio airplay, interviews, playlists, sponsorships, audience growth, revenue, distribution acceptance, or partner approval.
Users are responsible for reviewing all service details before paying. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected fraud may result in suspension of services while the matter is reviewed.
No Guaranteed Results

•Revenue, royalties, sponsorships, or sales
•Distribution, publishing, or registration outcomes

Recordings and Appearances
Recording participants must provide appropriate consent
Discord podcast sessions, video interviews, DJ shows, voice recordings, panel discussions, and other productions may be recorded, edited, published, promoted, excerpted, distributed, and archived as authorized by the participant.
Connect Diva may require an appearance release, guest agreement, recording consent, parental permission, content license, or other written authorization before publication.
Connect Diva is not required to publish every recording and may cancel, postpone, edit, decline, or remove content consistent with its Editorial Policy.
Intellectual Property
Ownership remains with the proper rights holder
Connect Diva Media Network and its affiliated divisions retain ownership of their names, logos, website design, original text, graphics, recordings, course materials, templates, databases, systems, branding, and other proprietary content.
Artists and creators retain ownership of their submitted work unless a separate written agreement transfers or assigns rights.
Submitting content grants only the permissions described in the Submission Policy, recording release, appearance agreement, license, or other applicable authorization.
Users may not reproduce, resell, distribute, train artificial intelligence systems on, modify, or commercially exploit Connect Diva content without written permission.
Third-Party Platforms and Partners
Outside services operate under their own terms
The platform may rely on or link to third-party tools, platforms, partners, and service providers, including:

Outside radio platforms
Spotify
YouTube
Google Forms and Google Drive
Railway
Cloudflare
Payment, email, scheduling, and analytics providers
Connect Diva does not control third-party availability, policies, pricing, moderation, outages, security, approvals, or business decisions.
A partnership does not automatically create common ownership, agency, employment, joint-venture status, or authority to bind another organization.
Future Creator Accounts
Account holders will be responsible for account security
Future creator dashboards may require registration, passwords, authentication, profile information, and account verification.
Account holders must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Connect Diva may suspend accounts associated with fraud, impersonation, abuse, unpaid balances, security threats, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
Honest Reviews and Feedback
Users may share honest opinions
Nothing in these Terms prohibits users from providing honest, lawful reviews or opinions about Connect Diva’s products, services, or conduct. Reviews must not knowingly include false statements, unlawful threats, confidential information, or infringing content.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted when necessary
Connect Diva may suspend or terminate access to services, cancel a submission, remove content, decline future business, or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, fraud, infringement, harassment, security threats, unlawful conduct, repeated policy violations, reputational risk, or abuse of the platform.
Service Disclaimer
Services are provided without unlimited warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Connect Diva does not warrant that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, continuously available, or compatible with every device, browser, platform, file, or third-party service.
Educational, publishing, business, AI, music-industry, and radio preparation information is general information and does not replace individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
Certain losses may be excluded where permitted by law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Connect Diva Media Network and its affiliated divisions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost profit damages arising from use of the website or services.
Connect Diva is not responsible for independent decisions, outages, content removal, account restrictions, programming decisions, or failures caused by third-party platforms or partners.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to every user.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for unauthorized submissions
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Connect Diva Media Network, Connect Diva Entertainment, Connect Diva Publishing, and their representatives from third-party claims arising from unauthorized content, inaccurate information, infringement, policy violations, unlawful activity, or misuse of the services.
Governing Law and Disputes
Final jurisdiction language requires attorney review
These Terms will be governed by the laws identified in the final published version, without overriding consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
Before filing a formal claim, users and Connect Diva should make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through written notice and direct discussion.
Arbitration, class-action waiver, venue, governing-law, and attorneys’ fee provisions should not be added until reviewed by a licensed attorney familiar with the business structure and applicable state law.
Changes to These Terms
Material updates will be posted clearly
Connect Diva may update these Terms as services, laws, technology, partnerships, pricing, and business operations evolve. Material changes should be presented clearly rather than quietly applied to prior activity without appropriate notice.
General Provisions
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Connect Diva’s failure to immediately enforce a provision does not automatically waive its right to enforce that provision later.
A separate signed agreement will control if it directly conflicts with these general Terms regarding the same project or service.
