This policy explains the separate requirements, permissions, editorial standards, and decision-making authority for Connect Diva podcast submissions and outside radio submissions.

General Submission Terms
By submitting music, recordings, video, artwork, photographs, written materials, or other content to Connect Diva Media Network, the submitter confirms that they have read and accepted this Submission Policy.
The submitter represents that all information provided is accurate and that they possess the rights, permissions, clearances, and authority necessary to provide the submitted materials for the selected opportunity.
Connect Diva Media Network may request additional information, documentation, corrected files, ownership information, clean versions, metadata, or written authorization before completing its review.
Connect Diva Media Network may decline incomplete, misleading, unlawful, technically unsuitable, or unauthorized submissions.
Path One
Podcast submissions are reviewed exclusively for Connect Diva Podcasts, Discord-recorded audio or video programs, interviews, artist spotlights, creator features, music discussions, educational content, and other Connect Diva original programming.

Connect Diva Media Network has complete and independent authority over the selection, format, editing, sequencing, scheduling, publication, promotion, removal, and continued use of content within Connect Diva podcasts and original programming.
A podcast selection does not automatically create eligibility, approval, or acceptance from an outside radio destination.
When a creator participates in a recorded Discord podcast, interview, panel, live discussion, or video session, the creator authorizes Connect Diva Media Network to record, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, promote, excerpt, and archive the approved recording and related promotional materials.
Specific recording releases, guest agreements, appearance releases, or project-specific permissions may also be required before publication.
Path Two
Connect Diva keeps its own podcast and music submission pathways separate from outside radio destinations.

An outside radio destination and its authorized programming team maintain complete discretion over acceptance, rejection, scheduling, rotation, frequency, playlists, program placement, removal, and all other radio programming decisions.
Connect Diva Media Network cannot promise, sell, guarantee, or require outside radio airplay.
This website's public submission forms are for Connect Diva programming opportunities only.
If a creator wants information about an outside radio destination, the creator should rely on that destination's verified public page and its published guidance.
Path Three
Guest requests are reviewed for appearances on Make It Different Monday, Wet Wednesday, The Weekend 4-1-1, Asking For A Friend With LaLA, and other Connect Diva Media original programming.

If selected to appear, the guest authorizes Connect Diva Media Network to record, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, promote, excerpt, and archive the approved recording and related promotional materials, including across podcast, video, social media, and marketing use.
A guest request does not create any obligation for Connect Diva Media Network to select, schedule, publish, or continue featuring the guest.
Rights and Ownership Certification
Before submitting, the artist or authorized representative must be able to certify each of the following statements.
Connect Diva Media Network may reject, suspend, remove, or stop using content if ownership is disputed, authorization cannot be confirmed, material information was omitted, or a credible infringement or rights complaint is received.
Submission Information
Fees and No-Guarantee Policy
Any applicable submission, consultation, preparation, review, administrative, promotional, or assistance fee compensates Connect Diva for the identified service and time involved.
A payment does not purchase guaranteed podcast placement, radio airplay, playlist inclusion, scheduling, rotation, interviews, exposure, audience growth, revenue, promotion, or acceptance by a partner.
An outside radio destination retains complete authority over all final radio decisions regardless of whether an artist purchases assistance from Connect Diva.
Limited Submission License
Connect Diva Media Network does not claim ownership of submitted music solely because it was submitted.
The submitter grants Connect Diva Media Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to receive, store, reproduce internally, review, evaluate, organize, and share the submitted materials with authorized personnel and identified programming partners for the selected submission purpose.
When content is approved for a podcast, program, interview, feature, broadcast, or promotional use, additional permission may be granted through the submission form, appearance release, programming agreement, license, or other written authorization.
Responsibility and Indemnification
The submitter is responsible for claims, disputes, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from inaccurate information, unauthorized submissions, ownership disputes, missing permissions, or alleged infringement connected to the submitted materials.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the submitter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Connect Diva Media Network, Connect Diva Entertainment, Connect Diva Publishing, their representatives, and applicable programming partners from third-party claims arising from the submitter’s breach of this policy or lack of authority to provide the materials.
Governing Law
This Submission Policy, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to a podcast submission, music submission, radio submission, or guest appearance request made through ConnectDivaMedia.com, is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under this policy shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Delaware, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Policy Administration
Connect Diva Media Network may update this policy as its services, submission processes, technology, programming, and partnerships evolve.
The version displayed on ConnectDivaMedia.com at the time of submission will govern that submission unless a separate written agreement applies.
