Aries 411 LiveSubmissions Terms

By submitting a recording, the submitter grants Connect Diva Media Network, A-Team Radio, and Aries 411 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited permission to access, review, and play the submitted recording, in whole or in part, during the applicable live-review session.

This permission is limited to the submitted recording and the applicable live session. It is not an exclusive license, is not a transfer of copyright ownership, and is not a recording, publishing, management, or distribution agreement. The submitter retains all ownership of the submitted recording and composition.

Connect Diva Media Network may stop playback at any point during a live session, in whole or in part, for any reason, including time constraints, technical issues, platform restrictions, or editorial judgment.

The submitter understands and agrees that the live session in which their submission is played may be recorded, livestreamed, archived, clipped, edited, republished, and promoted by Connect Diva Media Network across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, other social platforms, and Connect Diva's own properties, including after the live session ends.

This authorization covers the portion of the livestream in which the submitted recording is played, discussed, or reacted to, and any related short-form clips, highlights, or promotional excerpts derived from that portion.

By submitting, the submitter represents and warrants that:

• ✓They are the artist, rights owner, label, or an authorized representative for the submitted recording and composition.
• ✓They own or control the necessary rights, or have secured permission, to submit the recording.
• ✓The submission does not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights.
• ✓All information provided with the submission is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

A submitter who cannot make each of these representations must not submit the recording. Connect Diva Media Network may reject, remove, or stop playing a submission at any time if ownership is disputed, authorization cannot be confirmed, or a credible rights complaint is received.

Payment purchases queue processing and consideration only. It does not purchase or guarantee playback, uninterrupted playback, approval, favorable feedback, promotion, exposure, A-Team Radio airplay, radio rotation, or any other outcome.

A-Team Radio submissions and Aries 411 Live Submissions are separate editorial opportunities from Connect Diva Podcast submissions. Entering the live queue does not create eligibility for, or acceptance into, any other Connect Diva Media Network program.

TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other livestream platforms operate their own copyright, content, and community rules, independent of Connect Diva Media Network. Those platforms may mute, block, interrupt, remove, restrict, or otherwise limit a submitted recording during or after a live session, even when the submitter has granted every permission requested in this document.

Connect Diva Media Network does not control, and is not responsible for, how a third-party platform treats a submitted recording, and cannot guarantee any submission will play uninterrupted or remain available after the session.

Three submission options are available, each a separate flat fee:

• ✓Skip — $8, one song in the regular live queue.
• ✓Super Skip — $11, one song with priority placement.
• ✓Back-to-Back — $15, two songs played consecutively.

Current prices are also shown on the submission form and may be adjusted by Connect Diva Media Network from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that submission.

Your submission fee is generally nonrefundable once processing begins or your submission enters the live queue. Exceptions may apply to duplicate charges, canceled sessions, platform-caused technical failures, or situations approved by Connect Diva Media.

Payment may be made by Stripe (processed immediately) or Cash App (manually verified by an administrator before the submission enters the queue — see Section 9). A Cash App payment that cannot be matched to a submission will not enter the queue until resolved.

A paid submission is assigned a queue number and one of the following public statuses: Waiting, Up Next, Now Playing, or Completed. The current queue for the open session is publicly viewable at /live-submissions/queue.

A Super Skip submission receives priority placement ahead of regular Skip submissions still waiting. A Back-to-Back submission's two songs are queued and played as one consecutive slot and are not separated.

Queue position may change because of technical problems, duplicate submissions, ineligible content, scheduling decisions, session length, or administrative corrections. A queue number does not guarantee that the entire recording will be played, or that it will play at the exact position originally assigned.

Connect Diva Media Network may pause, close, or end submissions for a session at any time, and may decline, hold, or remove a submission from the queue for any reason described in this document.

Submitters must accurately mark a submission as Clean or Explicit. Connect Diva Media Network may decline, mute, or stop playback of content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading about its explicit designation, or unsuitable for the livestream platform or audience at its discretion.

A submission accepted for one live session does not guarantee eligibility for a future session, and Connect Diva Media Network may change content guidelines for future sessions at any time.

Connect Diva Media Network may issue promotional codes that waive a submission fee. There is no free submission of any kind without a valid, currently-active promo code entered and accepted at checkout — a promo code is never applied automatically.

Unless a specific code's terms state otherwise, an authorized promo code covers one regular Skip submission only. A promo code does not automatically cover a Super Skip or Back-to-Back submission unless it has been specifically authorized for that product.

A promo code may be limited by expiration date, a maximum number of redemptions, a specific live session, or a specific artist/email address, and may be restricted to a single use. An expired, exhausted, ineligible, or already-used code will be rejected. Every accepted redemption is recorded in Connect Diva Media Network's internal audit log.

Submitting collects the information you provide on the submission form (artist name, email, social media handles, song details, uploaded audio and artwork, and similar fields) and, if you pay by Cash App, the $Cashtag and any transaction reference you provide to verify payment. Connect Diva Media Network does not require a Connect Diva account to submit or pay.

This information is used to process the submission, verify payment, run the live queue, and contact the submitter about their submission. It is handled as described in the Connect Diva Media Network Privacy Policy, which governs all data collected through this feature.

The public live queue at /live-submissions/queue never displays email addresses, legal names, $Cashtags, transaction references, uploaded files, payment details, or administrator notes — only the queue number, artist name, song title, submission type, and status.

A submitter who wants to withdraw a submission before it plays, correct a submission, dispute a charge, or report a payment issue should contact Connect Diva Media Network through the official Contact page and include the submission code shown after submitting.

Connect Diva Media Network will review withdrawal and refund requests against the Payment and Refund Policy in Section 6 and respond directly to the submitter. Initiating a card chargeback instead of contacting Connect Diva Media Network first may delay resolution and result in the submission being removed from the queue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, consistent with the Connect Diva Media Network Submission Policy.

Connect Diva Media Network may update these terms as Aries 411 Live Submissions evolves. The version accepted at the time of a specific submission — recorded by version and timestamp on that submission — governs that submission.
