This policy explains how Connect Diva Media Network evaluates, selects, produces, publishes, edits, promotes, and removes podcast and original programming content.
Our Editorial Purpose
Independent programming with clear standards
Connect Diva Media Network develops podcasts, interviews, creator spotlights, educational programs, music discussions, video podcasts, community conversations, and other original media.
Editorial decisions are made according to the needs of each program, its audience, production requirements, available resources, legal considerations, and the overall Connect Diva Media Network mission.

Submission is consideration—not entitlement
No creator, artist, partner, guest, sponsor, payment, or prior relationship is automatically entitled to placement, publication, promotion, or continued programming.
Review Factors
What we consider during editorial review
Programming Fit
The submission should align with the topic, tone, format, audience, and purpose of the selected podcast or original program.
Content Quality
Audio, video, music, artwork, and supporting materials should be clear enough for professional review and approved production use.
Creator Readiness
Guests and artists should be prepared to communicate professionally, meet deadlines, provide accurate information, and participate in the production process.
Rights and Permissions
The creator must own or control the submitted materials or possess the authority required to submit and authorize their use.
Community Standards
Content must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, audience expectations, and Connect Diva Media Network standards.
Editorial Discretion
Connect Diva reserves the right to manage its programming

✓Request edits, clean versions, corrections, or additional information
✓Determine recording, publication, and promotional schedules
✓Edit recorded content for length, clarity, quality, format, and compliance
✓Choose titles, descriptions, excerpts, clips, artwork, and promotional language
✓Postpone, reschedule, remove, archive, or discontinue content
✓Decline content that creates legal, operational, reputational, or audience risk
Recording and Production
Recorded content may be edited before publication
Audio and video podcasts may be recorded through Discord or another approved production workflow. Connect Diva may edit recordings to improve clarity, remove technical problems, shorten the program, add introductions, organize segments, comply with platform requirements, or address legal and safety concerns.
Editing should not intentionally create a materially false representation of a guest’s statements. However, Connect Diva is not required to publish every recorded statement or the entire unedited session.
Final episode titles, artwork, descriptions, clips, scheduling, platform selection, and promotional materials are determined by Connect Diva unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Restricted Content
Content may be rejected or removed
✕Content submitted without the required ownership or permissions
✕Knowingly false, fraudulent, misleading, or impersonating material
✕Unlawful threats, targeted harassment, or calls for violence
✕Material that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
✕Malicious software, deceptive links, or unsafe files
✕Content that violates applicable platform or distribution rules
✕Material that presents an unreasonable legal, safety, or reputational risk
Editorial Review Process
From submission to production

Receive
Connect Diva receives the submission, supporting information, links, and required authorization.

Verify
The team reviews completeness, eligibility, ownership representations, technical quality, and the selected opportunity.

Evaluate
The submission is evaluated for audience relevance, programming fit, creator readiness, and editorial value.

Decide
Connect Diva accepts, declines, requests changes, or identifies another appropriate opportunity.

Produce
Approved content moves into scheduling, Discord recording, editing, publishing, or promotional preparation.
Separate Radio Authority
Outside radio destinations make their own final radio decisions
Connect Diva podcast approval does not guarantee approval from an outside radio destination. Likewise, a radio decision does not require Connect Diva to use the content within its podcasts.
Connect Diva public submission forms remain separate from outside radio destinations.
Final radio acceptance, scheduling, rotation, playlist, program placement, removal, and airplay decisions are made exclusively by the outside radio destination and its authorized programming team.
An outside radio destination may also consider authorized submissions for its other current or future programming opportunities, subject to its own rules and editorial standards.
Partners, Sponsors, and Advertisers
Commercial relationships do not automatically control editorial decisions
Connect Diva may work with sponsors, advertisers, technology partners, programming partners, guests, creators, and community organizations.
Sponsored or branded content may be identified where appropriate. Unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise, a commercial relationship does not guarantee editorial placement, positive coverage, podcast publication, or radio airplay.
Connect Diva retains the right to decline partnerships or promotional requests that conflict with its standards, audience, mission, legal obligations, or editorial independence.
Corrections and Complaints
Material concerns will be reviewed
Creators, guests, rights holders, and members of the public may contact Connect Diva regarding material factual errors, ownership disputes, unauthorized content, privacy concerns, or other significant editorial complaints.
Connect Diva may investigate the concern and, where appropriate, correct, clarify, edit, restrict, temporarily remove, or permanently remove the affected content.
Submission of a complaint does not guarantee the requested result. Decisions will be based on the available evidence, applicable rights, legal obligations, platform requirements, and editorial judgment.
